WHAT MATERIALS IS THE JEWELRY MADE OF?
All our products are made from 925 Sterling Silver and for plating we use real 18 carat Gold. All stones used in the jewelry are gemstones, no plastics or artificial materials are used. All our items are nickel-free. To take good care of our jewelry and ensure the plating shines for a long time: avoid contact with perfumes, body oils and other liquids. For a light cleaning: gently polish your items with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching.
CAN I SWIM OR SHOWER WITH MY JEWELRY?
If you take care of your Purnama & the Stones items the gold plating lasts long. Perfume, creams, and soap will fasten the fading. Be careful wearing your jewelry in a chlorinated pool or in the sea. This can do more damage in one hour than several years worth of wear and tear! Chlorine in swimming pools, hot tubs, and even cleaning supplies, will attack the other metals that are alloyed with our 18ct golden coating.

Yes we do. We ship worldwide. We always create your jewelry with love and send the package.
HOW IS THE JEWELRY PRODUCED? AND DO YOU HAVE ETHICAL POLICIES?
All our items are handmade in Bali and materials are carefully sourced from suppliers that care about sustainability and ethics. We only work with real gemstones, fine silver and 18 carat gold for plating. No other metals, plastics or artificial materials are used. Mother Earth with her magnificent nature, animals, mystery and fragility is a grateful source of inspiration for Purnama & the Stones. We care a lot about the planet and the impact we have on it with the choices made in production and sourcing, and we always stove to improve our ways if the impact our actions have on the world around us can improve.
We screen our suppliers to ensure that their values are consistent with ours. We look for clean and safe working environments and observe how employees are treated. We have personally visited and tested our factories across Europe and Asia, choosing partners that have a long-term approach with their employees. This not only results in better working environments for the employees, but also a staff of organized and highly trained teams who can consistently make high-quality products with care. We always recycle plastic bags delivered from production. Sustainability and doing right are key values at Purnama & the Stones.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes we do. We sell gift cards with an amount of € 50,00 - € 100,00 - € 150,00 and € 200,00. Please note that you can't buy a gift card with a discount code. You can redeem your gift card in the payment section of your order. Apply the code in the Gift Card box and push the arrow button. You can use your gift card as a payment method and combine it with a discount code* by using the same box. * You can use a maximum of 1 Gift Card and 1 discount code
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR OFFER CODE?
To redeem a Promotion or Offer Code, add the code to the VOUCHER / OFFER CODE box on your Shopping Bag page and click UPDATE. The following conditions apply:
- Only one code can be used per transaction.
- Codes can only be applied to full price pieces (they are not available on sale pieces).
- Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
- Orders must be made prior to 23:59 GMT on the closing date, if specified.
- All offers are subject to stock availability.
- Offers are subject to change at any time.
- All other Monica Vinader Terms and Conditions apply.
- Offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?
We ship with the local post service in your country for highest accuracy and speed. Delivery takes around 2-4 business days in SWEDEN and international orders around 5-10 business days. Track your order with your track and trace code.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at info@purnamastones.com
We have 10 hours to make a request for the package to be returned from the moment you make the purchase; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends where the package is in the shipping process. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to receive your order. If we are unable to make the change, you will be responsible for receiving the parcel at the address you entered originally. Purnama & the Stones take no responsibility for goods lost due to incorrect shipping details.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-ship it to you. However, the reshipping may be at an extra cost depending on the reason it was returned to us.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND? (If pre-approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually take 7-10 business days of the day we receive the parcel, but it might take longer during busy periods. Please email our team at info@purnamastones.com if you would like to follow up on the status of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
WHY WASN’T MY SHIPPING FEES REFUNDED?
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
WHAT IF MY JEWELRY GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
Purnama & the Stones ship the jewelry with efficient global courier services that provide mail-tracking facilities, and we suggest you do the same when sending your items back to us. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during returns.
CAN MY ORDER BE PACKED AS A GIFT?
Yes, Every item comes in a paper package that is perfect as a gift, inside the package there is also a jewelry pouch to give and store your favorite pieces
WHAT ABOUT GIFT RETURNS?
Gift recipients are able to receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit once the return has been approved. Please note the return has to be done within 14 days of delivery.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. EU orders: We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws.
