Return Policy
Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons. Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to the Customer at Customer’s expense. Purchases made using any discount codes will be eligible for returns in exchange for store credit.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you wish to return your product, please follow these instructions:
1. Send us an email at info@purnamastones.com (subject line: Return) with your order number within 14 days from the delivery date. Please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return. After this we will email you a Return Form to put inside the package. Always include the
Return Form when returning and write down the order number, the items you return and if you would like a voucher or refund. The cost of the return will be covered by the customer who is responsible for the product until it reaches us. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for, so it is important you keep your tracking number until the product is received back with us.
2. The products returned must be in original condition, include packaging and be unused.
3. Once we have received the products, we will make a refund within 14 days. We always check the returned goods - if the product is broken, scratched, used or delayed, this will affect the refund.
GIFT RETURNS
Gift recipients are able to receive non-refundable store credit once the return has been approved by our customer support team.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return, with a 14 day limit. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange. To arrange a return, please email info@purnamastones.com within 14 days after receiving the order.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you received a defective or damaged item – we apologize in advance, and we will replace this piece as quickly as possible. Every purchase is under a 3 month warranty. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. If you need to exchange a piece, send us an email within 14 days of purchase, at info@purnamastones.com with a picture of the faulty item, and our support team will assist you promptly.
After the exchange is approved by our support team, we will send you a return label for you to return the faulty items, and we will send you new pieces - free of charge on presentation of proof of postage. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Please note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered by Purnama & The Stones.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

Please note all gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
